Ok, sorry to those who have seen it before, but my hosting died on me last time halfway through the first week of posting so I'm resubmitting.

Details: Originally a kiriban prize for a girl on DA, the face is vaguely based on a photo of her but it strayed off the path quite quickly. The cloth was referenced from some cloth I have lying around my room.

Software: Photoshop CS to start off with, and then it got eaten by viruses, so it was finished largely in Painter Classic.

very nice. It is well painted.

The only thing I have issue with is that her face (well painted) looks very generic and not original. Not saying its badly done cos it is very good in my opinion, I just think I have seen this sort of thing loads before.The lighting on the folds are brilliant!

That is my personal opinion and like I said that takes nothing away from the painting technically

Plus I am hardly original in my stuff!

Hi Andy, yeah, I kept getting comments on DA that said "I love her expression" and I was thinking "huh? what expression" lol, but as I said, the girl who got the kiriban had some photos up on her site so I just used them as reference... she wanted a picture of herself essentially.

Hey there, great work! love the hands. My only issues are the left nostral needs bigger or the right one smaller so they match a bit better. I would probably make the dent abover her lips a little less sharp too. Other then that PERFECT.

Sean is right the left nostril does look a lil off, but the painting is beuatiful, i like the webs, and the dangling pear, all very well done. And the hands look awesome.
