Well, I reeeally like the colors. The green and copper-gold make a gorgeous team, especially set against some rich, dark browns. I'm also a fan of the theatrical makeup (I love to see it painted, but I wouldn't dare wear it ). I do find the anatomy somewhat underdeveloped in places, though; don't be hesitant to use as many references as you need, I say. Can't learn if you don't observe and practice, right? I'm also not entirely sold on the composition. This could be a matter of sheer preference, but I don't think the canvas needs to extend so far down; I'd probably cut 'er off not too far below the bust. All told, though, I think this has a lovely mood, and her expression has certainly intrigued me.

I particularly like the nice touch you put on her lower lip, the green line. I like it!
And the green makeup fits very well with the whole composition.
The woman is gorgeous, and you say you did not use references for the face, she's even prettier because of that. My main crit would be, like cigaro said, to work more on the shoulders and arms. the face is gorgeous. Very nice background!

The colours, the composition, the look on her face... it's great.
And the little pattern on by her left shoulder, it makes the picture.
The girl (and whole scene i suppose) feel slightly unreal, probably due to the lack of a reference, but i love it the way it is .

Any crits I had have already been mentioned (i.e., anotomy), so suffice it to say that this is a very good painting (IMO): great colours, lovely figure, good expression, interesting background, and I like the composition.
